A week immersed in that ‘grow together’ type of self-love and high vibrations. Propped within 10 acres of jungle on the shores of Banderas Bay and accessible only by boat, you’re presented with the opportunity to unplug and bliss out. We’ll move through two yoga classes a day, varying between Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Classes will be held in a heated greenhouse surrounded by jungle and another in an open-air, palm-thatched studio overlooking the ocean. A double dose of Cacao Ceremonies will be both delicious and a form of pure nourishment for the heart and the soul. Enjoy unique and nutritious meals, time to splash in the waves and relax in beautiful treetop bungalows. This time will be used to clear out our internal clutter, wipe the slate clean and recharge.

Daily Movement + Ceremony
Daily yoga classes; one to wake up with the sun and one to bookend your day. The schedule will vary between Hot 26&2, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Cacao Ceremonies will be sprinkled through the week as a powerful connection to our heart centre; using cacao as the messenger to our internal bliss, joy and wisdom. These experiences will be paired with ceremonial sounds, vibrations and channeling.
Accommodations
Relax in luxury. Choose from a variety of options; whether you're comfortable in a dorm-style house or if you're looking for exclusive privacy in a Casita by the sea. The rooms are nestled in the cliff side, alongside treetops with expansive views to the jungle or ocean. You're provided with shower towel, fresh linens, mosquito netting, a safe box, a re-fillable water bottle and all shampoos and conditioners. All you need to bring is a few change of clothes and your passport.

Meals + Activities
Three nutritious meals a day and unlimited filtered water. A buffet-style breakfast and lunch, followed by a sit-down dinner service. The meals are flavourful and nutritious, based around Vegetarian and Vegan diets, with the option of fish or chicken in some dishes.
Lots of time to play! Fill your days with beautiful beaches, hammocks, hikes, kayaking, snorkeling, surfing, whale watching, cooking classes, a traditional Temazcal sweat lodge, massages or a margarita (or two!).
